Vagrant. Single birds seen mostly in autumn but also in winter, especially in farm irrigated grassy field habitats with many trees.
Where in Kuwait 
Only 8 records for Kuwait with the last record in November 2011 from an agricultural area, where most of the records have been observed. The rump of this species is grey and its wing bars are incomplete.
In the world 
It has an extremely large range with a stable population and it is the rarest of the wild European pigeons. Stock Dove means roughly "a dove which lives in hollow trees"
